Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can easily return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Refund

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for a store credit with a bonus 10% value.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and stick the label on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 6 business days of arrival.
